This 2007 Show Home is located on a cul-de-sac on over two breathtaking acres in the very desirable Greenfield Hill of Fairfield, Connecticut. At 7,500+ square feet the structure embodies the rambling style of an American Farmhouse, featuring classic architecture that marries historical charm with modern conveniences. The original structure has been modified to demonstrate that a proper renovation can transform a dull home to brilliance. As a result, this project appeals not only to buyers interested in new construction, but also those interested in renovating. This broadens our audience, bringing more value and exposure to our respected partners.
By combining the efforts of Fairfield County's TOP PRODUCING Real Estate Team with respected contractors, vendors, artists, designers, buyers, sellers, homeowners and more...we are able to bring people together to share their ideas, their business plans, their products...ultimately bringing more business to our partners and satifying the needs of those looking for our guidance and referrals.
Fairfield Magazine will be sponsoring this project, producing a 32-page pull out section and brochure featuring all vendors and designers. We are in the process of selecting the partners we will invite to join us in this innovative opportunity to market themselves, generate new leads and connect with existing clients. Just a few features include high exposure in print media, several web-sites, numerous charity events, promotional functions, cross marketing, extensive real estate exposure through top producing agents, client appreciation parties…We are adding to the benefits that will be offered to our partners as new ideas are being developed every day.
